I use microfiber cloths that I get on Amazon. You just wet them and then wash your face with them and it takes the makeup right off. Then I wash my face with Cerave face wash.

There are lots of different options on Amazon. If you search makeup remover face cloth you'll get lots of options.
I use a generic version of the makeup eraser cloth. It works surprisingly well but you have to be careful not to scrub too hard. Use warm water and put enough water on it. I also use a cleansing oil to wash my face first, which claims it is OK for eye makeup but boy does it sting if I get it in my eyes. The washcloth is better at removing mascara and such anyways.
