Casting a vote for the Molten Flistatec balls for indoor and [Spalding KOB] (https://www.amazon.com/Spalding-King-Beach-Official-Volleyball/dp/B00ANSGLUC/ref=sr_1_9?s=team-sports&ie=UTF8&qid=1487779265&sr=1-9) for outdoor. I own 1 indoor ball and 3 or 4 beach balls.
Edit: For storage on my way to play, I have a volleyball bag that has a pouch to place the ball into at the bottom. I've also seen people clip these onto bags without that compartment. If you have multiple balls you need to bring with you, you can get more of a sack type bag that'll hold several balls or a carry bag.
Or just throw the balls in a closet/back seat of your car when you're lazy
