No, sorry. I don't have any special back on my Pure, so I just got a thin, soft TPU case that covers the back as well as the sides.

This is the one I got, and it's been great for 7-8 months so far:

I have a thin case, (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0115B4DHS?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00) you can definitely tell there is something there, changes the shape a bit but it's not terrible. Just a bit squared on the back. The mount comes with 2 plates, one long rectangle and a circle one. I use the rectangle for more surface area. Works fine for me.
