I second the wipes Zaisan recommended! I get a different brand(http://www.amazon.com/Medline-Aloetouch-Wipes-Scented-MSC263712/dp/B000K6GPFS) when I order from XPMedical but they're basically the same damn thing XD Anyways, they really are amazing. A standard wet change might take a few wipes, where it would take only one, maybe two, of the larger kind. As to other kinds of changes...I hold pity for the caretaker that tries to make do with standard baby wipes :p
As to other supplies I don't have much preference. Baby lotion is nice for softer skin and the adorably cubby scent, which can make it pretty soothing after a change. That's probably the one thing I'd recommend whole-heartedly aside from the wipes. Similarly, I do love powder for the fragrance, but it doesn't really do much past that. Kinda an add-on for those extra-regressive days, I guess.
