Both look good, however both for the boards have different ports such as Display port on the MSI or DVI on the Asus.

£89.99 - You will have to update the bios but its easy to do as this board as bios flashback plus. It's explained in the manual that comes with the board. Only requirement is a usb stick and you will save a lot of money over an x570.
If you get a 2000 series board without bios flashback plus your gonna have a bad time so I strongly recommend something from MSI.
get a quality B450 board. would be more than enough.
