$240 for a 1060 is a bit over priced. Fry's has it new for $215 and $229 for the 3gb. Newegg also has it at $249 for the 6Gb. Walmart has the 6GB for $239.....Jet has it new for $249.99. Everything free shipping as well.
Sure yours is "new"and tested once but at the end of the day it's open box and you're charging it the same price as a closed box one. Using new is incorrect as well. The term would be "like new" because the factory seal has already been broken.

I'd stick with the 1060 you found as long as you realize that one fan will make it louder. One review said it has no warranty in India(another review said most don't). I would check that out. Also, the price seems to have increased to 26k with tax.
What about this one?
http://www.amazon.in/MSI-GeForce-GTX-1060-GDDR5/dp/B01LZYPEHK/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1494524693&sr=1-1&keywords=gtx%2B1060%2B6gb
Thank you for your response! I am new to this whole building thing and this is my first time. Mind telling me what's the difference between the two and if the price difference is worth it?
Also, this deal from earlier.
This one dropped to $299 before tax in late Sept: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01LZYPEHK/ so I would hold out for something sub $300.
So you would say that this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IEKYD5U/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
is superior to this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L9VB642/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
which is in turn better than this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZYPEHK/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
I'm looking at buying MSI cards, I really liked my last MSI laptop it lasted me forever...
Also...a lot of people are saying that 1070s are better than 1060s for the money. Is this true?
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZYPEHK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
so if you go for the 1060, get the 6gb version. $400 a pretty bad price from what I have seen. This one is the same card for a much lower price.
what CPU are you getting? That is more or less what matters for streaming.

344.99 For Dual Fan
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IEKYD5U/
369.99 Dual Fan but bigger card
not very good prices but just a heads up for people who might wanna get other models from Amazon
I'm willing to go to other websites but I'd prefer amazon because I have prime. I also found the GPU on amazon.ca

Is the AMD Ryzen 5 better than the Intel i3?
https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GeForce-GTX-1060-6GT/dp/B01LZYPEHK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1521823594&sr=1-1&keywords=1060+6gb&refinements=p_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A6066317011
Thanks. So that's the most expensive one. Some other people have said that the difference between the different 6GB 1060s is exceptionally minor so I was thinking of going for this one and saving myself $30. What's your take? All other things being equal, personally I prefer the one without all the dumb lights and all that amped up GAMING YO aesthetic.
EDIT: I have considered the RX580 but it seems i might be able to snag this GTX 1060 for a bit cheaper with the current rebate being offered, and according to my research their performance is very similar.
I'm looking to build a 1080p 60fps rig for gaming. I just bought this 1060. What CPU should I get, and will 8gb of ram be ok, or should I go for 16gb?
Was it this other one that's on sale right now? because I am tempted to grab it for my wife's rig; she's currently running a 770 2gb.
I don't mind the lower end model if the cooler is decent.
Have an MSI GTX 1060 6GB OCV1. This is it on Amazon.
Used it for 6 months, give or take a month, never mined on, never overclocked.
I would advise the GTX1060 with 6gb, a decent upgrade for $250, but you can also get a cheaper 3gb version

Hi HellaPizza. I'm not a buildsmith, and you should wait for one of them to come around and take a look. Just some food for thought for now:
Since you'll be streaming and currently have a processor of only modest performance, our gains in the streaming department will be limited. Based on your budget, we're looking at a tradeoff between upgrading your processor and your GPU, or just upgrading your GPU. Your experience while playing and not streaming will improve significantly more if you upgrade the GPU alone. Depending on your streaming audience, you may be able to work around the CPU demands of streaming by doing something like using the QuickSync encoder of the iGPU to handle encoding to stream, but this is lower quality than CPU encoding. YMMV.
The best possible card within your budget is a GTX 1070. However, that's not necessary for you gaming at 1080p/60Hz. If a monitor upgrade is in your future, consider going for a 1070. Most of the Sub-$400 options are out of stock at the moment. If you can wait until June 22nd, this is a good deal - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HHCA1IO/
For gaming at 1080/60, you'll be fine with a GTX 1060 / 6GB model for this year's AAA games.
The best price on an in-stock GTX 1060 6GB card is this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IPVSGEC/
It will be hot and loud.
The best price on an in-stock normal-sized GTX 160 6GB card is this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZYPEHK/
You're generally looking at a 30-40% increase in FPS moving up to a 1070 from a 1060. See a comparison here. I can't find any good benchmarks for PUBG, but, if you trust this guy, this video indicates you'll be satisfied with a 1060 and performance is roughly as-expected. From my browsing, it doesn't look inordinately CPU heavy, so despite our weaker CPU performance we can probably skate by (we're not doing better within your budget, so it's a moot point).
If you want to get a few years out of it, well, no one can tell the future but maybe go for that 1070 so you can stagger your next upgrade (you're getting a new CPU, MOBO, and RAM next, ~$400-~500, a couple years down the line).
I don't recommend getting an ITX sized card or a blower-style card unless you absolutely have to for design reasons. They tend to be loud and hot. I don't believe saving a bit and saddling yourself with a hairdryer represents a good value but it's my job to present you with the best reasonable options. Maybe you don't care and you'd rather save $15.
If we wanted to upgrade your CPU as well, we'd put a 4790k in your current board to improve streaming performance, you'd have $60 left, and we'd be up the creek without a paddle. So, no-go there.
TL;DR: Don't mind waiting two weeks? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HHCA1IO/
Is anyone able to give me some insight into the difference between these two video cards:
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01LZYPEHK/?tag=pcp0f-20 1060 6gb
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B076Y93L8F/?tag=pcp0f-20&th=1 RX 570 8gb

I use a freesync capable monitor, is the RX570 worth it?

Is this one better?

Should I go with the XFX Radeon RX 480 8GB RS or the MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GT? EDIT: How does the Sapphire NITRO+ 8GB compare with the others? It's $5 cheaper
