I'd recommend an Nvidia GTX 1050, similar models cost about $170 on average.
If you'd like an AMD, I'd say go for an RX 460. Costs about the same, though the Nvidia has a higher peak performance, but you won't really notice that in the games you listed.

The RX 460 is slightly better than the standard 2GB GTX 1050.

If you plan on gaming at all, personally I can recommend the RX 460.
Here's one for rather cheap, I went for the 4gb one which isn't on sale anymore It's a little pricier than the 730, but trust me, the 730 won't do much for any game.
