It's the exact same laptop I own, specs and all.. Fills all of your requirements as well (but I use a small laptop stand that has built-in fans and a 4-port USB hub).
I personally really like my MSI GS63. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C6Z864X/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B07C6Z864X&pd_rd_w=B3j5P&pf_rd_p=8a8f3917-7900-4ce8-ad90-adf0d53c0985&pd_rd_wg=nqqDw&pf_rd_r=PKM0CZJH9DMNX0DSBH3P&pd_rd_r=56f85497-6ae9-11e9-aa29-13293a7f6817) It has served me very well for 1.5 years now and shows no signs of slowing down. I was able to dual boot Ubuntu onto it for programming. The GTX 1060 does well in casual games such as CS:GO and Rocket League, as well as train ML/AI algorithms pretty darn fast. If you are interested in ML/AI, make sure to get the version with 6 GB of VRAM instead of the 3 GB version.
You are not going to get a 13" laptop that can game well but you can get a lightweight gaming laptop though MSI GS63 STEALTH which weighs under 5 lbs and has enough power to run overwatch at max settings and get an average of 80fps. Heat management wise it is not the best but it is not too bad that it will hamper performance. Its specs are quite future proof so you do not have to think about upgrades for a while. Its screen is not IPS so your viewing angles will be limited but it does have a high refresh rate which will improve gaming performance
There are two different models of the gaming laptop I wan to buy:
- Model A-The same laptop with 60 Hz display
- Model B- The same laptop with 120 Hz display + better Ram and SSD (I want to buy this one for gaming)
The weird thing is that if you guys go to amazon, eBay, or waltmart you will NOT see the warning cancer label on the laptop with the 60 Hz display, only the model with the 120 Hz display has the warning cancer label (titanium dioxide). Could it be that the model with the 120 Hz display is more dangerous than the model with the 60 Hz display?
