I have fine strands, and when I used to wear it straight I would condition first and shampoo second just to get any residue out. Then product only from my ears to the ends. It's a little different now that I wear my hair naturally curly, but that really worked well for me.

For face, I've been pretty oily since coming off birth control in April. From conception to approx. week 12, I was breaking out constantly, and like you, mostly around my chin and mouth--it was really disheartening. It's gotten quite a bit better (though not as good as it was pre-pregnancy), which I'm sure is partly the placenta doing its job, but I think it has something to do with the adjustments I made to my routine. I cleanse twice a day with Glossier's Milky Jelly cleanser --something moisturizing like Cera-ve would probably work too. If I'm wearing makeup or got sweaty, I use an oil based cleanser before the Milky Jelly Cleanser. After cleansing I use Tony Molly's opening cleanser (it's in a blue bottle, available on Soko Glam, maybe elsewhere). Next I use Benton's Snail Bee essence. In the daytime, I use [this moisturizer](Natural Face Moisturizer Cream 4oz Advanced Healing 10-in-1 Non Greasy Formula with Organic Aloe Vera, Manuka Honey, Coconut Oil & More. Best Face Cream for Oily, Dry, Damaged & Sensitive Skin https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LZWV0WY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_3GqRybVQR51QX) and at night I use Tony Moly's Banana Sleeping Pack instead. A couple of times a week, I use Dr. G's brightening peeling gel to exfoliate. My doctor said all of these were fine.

TL;DR I focus on moisturizing to keep my oil from overcompensating. By moisturizing at every step, I avoid using any one product that is too heavy and makes my skin look even oilier. Hope this helps!

Stop using it. If you feel bad about spending money on something that didn't work you can still use it as a hand cream or body cream.

That's a long list of stuff so it's hard to tell what you're reacting to. This is one of the reason I steer away from natural products because they put umpteen different herbs and stuff in it and I'm usually sensitive to one of them. Having said that I've been using Honeyskin which is full of stuff, but it works well for me. I see it's on the Amazon Germany site but damn, that price is like 4 times what I pay for it in the US. Here's something that's very similar by Era Organics and more affordable https://www.amazon.de/Gesichtsfeuchtigkeitscreme-Verbesserte-Manuka-Honig-Kokosnuss%C3%B6l-strapazierte/dp/B00LZWV0WY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1492688716&sr=8-2&keywords=era+organics

If you use something make sure the manufacturer says it is good for rosacea. If you go to a site like Amazon and looks for rosacea cream you will no doubt find stuff.

What might help is find a cream with MSM in it, or even MSM pills. The biggest downside to MSM cream is it smells bad. Both the Honeyskin and the Era Organics stuff have MSM. (At least the US stuff does, I can't read German, I am going by what is listed for them on the Amazon US site.)

And don't forget sunblock. A mineral sunblock is best, like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. I also like mineral makeup to hide redness and it also is a natural sunblock.

I got my boyfriend into skincare recently. I like to have "spa" days with him where I go to his house, and we steam our face and we put on face masks lol and play video games. For blackheads....non toxic elmers glue and activated charcoal (mixed together) is AMAZING. Just put it all over your face, let it dry and gently peel off. If he has a low pain tolerance then I wouldn't recommend it but it is the best thing I've ever used for my blackheads and his. As for the moisturizer, I got him [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Moisturizer-Advanced-Healing-Sensitive/dp/B00LZWV0WY/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1496020875&sr=8-1&keywords=era%2Borganics&th=1) and he loves it. It takes 2-3 days to adjust to the skin and I don't find the smell to be all that pleasant but it goes away once you rub it into your skin...and by "adjust" I mean when he first uses it, it may make his skin feel a bit dry. He doesn't mind the smell at all. It also won't make him look oily and shiny. It is a bit on the pricey side but it lasts a very long time.
