You need a lot of water and electrolytes. Best to mix up your own keto electrolyte drink daily to be sure you're getting some salts.

This bottle is great for tossing in your electrolytes, since the top screws off. Natural Calm Powder is a popular magnesium citrate supplement for mixing up ketoade, just add a teaspoon of it, along with 1/4 or 1/2tsp Lite Salt and 1/4tsp regular salt, Tbsp lemon juice, liquid stevia or your choice of sweetener. Makes an electrolyte lemonade much more potent than any store bought "electrolyte drink" and cheaper per serving compared.

I have the exact same problem with sleep. I fall asleep easily but wake up in the middle of the night wide awake. This is an entirely new phenomenon for me and it started when I went on keto...If you find something that works for you please for the love of god let us know.

My experience: I admittedly haven't been on top of my electrolyte game from the start. Aside from lots of sodium and a multivitamin I've largely ignored supplementing potassium and magnesium which it turns out may be somewhat of a requirement. I've started using Lite Salt on everything for potassium, and I've read that magnesium can help with this particular problem. I started last night and slept until 6am. That's definitely an improvement but I was also completely exhausted so that might be why. We'll see.
