i gave this advice in another thread- i think it will help you too:
the things that work for me are yoga (especially tantra, yin, and restorative yoga which incorporate a bit of meditation), also pranayama breathing exercises such as alternate nostril breathing and breath of joy work SO well. and as far as natural remedies go, passion flower extract works almost as well as xanax for me. it was recommended to me by a pharmacist in malaysia. try these things and i think you will feel a lot better.
