These fig bars. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of sugar, but it’s my easiest “oh shoot I forgot breakfast” backup plan.
Also peanut butter toast with banana and cinnamon brown sugar.
I'm not entirely sure what you can and can't send overseas, but how about...

I usually pack a tuna or egg salad sandwich with me, sometimes I only eat half at the turn. I am not a fan of cliff bars either and usually opt for these, tasty and provides enough energy for a snack and don't taste like ass.
Another great way is make a protein smoothie, I usually do a bit of milk, protein powder, banana, blueberries, oats, and brink it along in a shaker bottle etc and drink it when I start feeling the hunger set in.
