My Neato XV-11 robotic vacuum, because I haven't had to vacuum in a year and a half. My SO is pretty happy about that too! There are newer models out now, but this one certainly gets the job done.
Robotic vaccuums. The one I have right now doesn't have a bristled brush, so it's easy to cut the hair out. I recommend it to everyone I meet.
