Camera above your head: Logitech C920 webcam, mounted on a boom arm (can be positioned however you want to). It's a decent enough quality if you have good lighting. Taking pictures of your work: a good DSLR camera would be suited, with a good lens. Expensive option though. You could get away with using the webcam to take pictures and it'll look decent. Sony A6000 is a nice option, and if you want something fancier, Sony A7 III.
