Reddit mentions of Neurons to Nirvana: Understanding Psychedelic Medicines

Ignorant people are going to be ignorant and the War on Drugs has indoctrinated most people to be dogmatically closed minded. That said, whenever I encounter someone that is at least open to learning, I ALWAYS recommend they watch Neurons to Nirvana (https://www.amazon.com/Neurons-Nirvana-Understanding-Psychedelic-Medicines/dp/B00J0CHDPE) as it is a great documentary that explores the science and history of a number of psychedelic substances. I've personally had a few friends that were adamantly against drugs until they watched this; some are now at least more accepting and I have had the privilege to be tripsitter for two different friends at different times on their maiden voyage as psychonauts. It took over a year, but it's impressive to me how much they've changed since I first "confessed" my affinity for entheogens.
