I dunno lol...I go on and off of a routine. I've tried loads of things. The orange stuff from I think neutragena (both the liquid one and the bar soap one), and neither seemed to do anything for me. I've tried BP on it's own and in a few different products, and it never really did anything...plus it wound up kinda bleaching any fabric it happened to touch...even the towel I dried my hands on after rinsing it off my fingers. I've tried a few things with salicylic acid in them, and none of those worked. I've tried acne.org's stuff, and it never did anything for me.

The only "product-y" things that have ever worked are this clean & clear acne cleanser. I use it kind of differently than just as a face wash. I'll leave it on my face for a few minutes...though this is not recommended if you have sensitive skin, or need your skin to look nice/fresh like if you're about to leave the house. This usually makes my skin red for a little bit after washing it off, but it works really well to make any current pimples less big, and makes them die down a lot. I'll sometimes use it as a spot treatment to dry out pimples and leave it on for sometimes over an hour...again not recommended for sensitive skin or if you don't want it to make your skin look red right after for a little bit lol. I also really love this cleanser from Blind Barber. I don't know how well it works for acne, but it just makes me feel really clean and super fresh lol. It's minty and mentholy, and it has a really masculine smell too. The times I've managed to clear up my acne, this is one of the things I was using, so I assume it does something to help. The time I really actively made an effort to clear my acne and was able to actually make that happen all I was using was natural soap. I would use a peppermint & tea tree soap in the morning, and then a charcoal soap at night. I lost my charcoal soap lol (it fell on the floor and like got kinda gross so I wound up tossing it), but now I've just restarted that routine and using this african black soap instead of the charcoal soap...I've used it in the past, but not consistently enough to notice if it's done anything to help, but I'm hoping it will. The only neutrogena orange thing that's worked for acne for me is this body wash. It helped my chest acne a ton when it first got bad. It hasn't gotten rid of my chest and shoulder acne that I got during the first weeks post top surgery like it did with the acne there before, but it has calmed that acne down by a lot. I'll occasionally do a facemask now and then too, though I'm unsure how well these help lol. I use random ones from tonymoly, and I have a jar of african black soap in a gel-like form for using as a mask...though that one I've used more on my body acne than on my face, and it seemed to help my body acne some.

I don't know the severity of yours but I've been using this or the scrub with Salicylic Acid and it's made a difference for me! (I believe the wash is 2% and the scrub is %.5)
