They require sealed sunscreen??? That's shitty. I'm a sunscreen junky and it is incredibly rare to find sealed versions. If Hard has lockers, that's the best way to not have to have a brand new sunscreen for each day.
Sunscreen pouches are kind of expensive for what you get and I've only seen them in spf 30. There are many other brands though.
This sunscreen stick comes in sealed packaging. I keep this one in my purse and like it, I just recommend to rub it in after liberally applying it. They both apply clear and I don't find them too greasy.
This has been my face sunscreen this summer and comes in sealed packaging. It rubs in easily and has a light feel.
Asian sunscreens often are in sealed packaging and I highly recommend the Biore Water Essence and Biore Water Gel.
Spray sunscreens rarely come sealed unless you buy in 2-packs. Even then the actual dispenser portion usually isn't sealed. I just bought this and it came in an Amazon plastic bag so that might count and at least it's cheap.

For your face at least, I recommend a stick sunscreen applied heavily. Stick sunscreens contain waxes to hold them up, which also makes them very resistant to water and sweat and such.
As for brand recs: Neutrogena good ones. This one is probably really resistant.

You should absolutely pick up some Wet Skin Kids.
It's like a big Chapstick and it's awesome for protecting tattoos in the sun. It's also great to use for some extra protection on you nose and cheeks.
