Je fais 400-500 calories par jours depuis une semaine, je vais le faire tout le mois d'avril.

Je le fais habituellement chaque mois d'avril pour remettre mon corps en mode été. Ça marche en calice. Si t'es capable en plus de rendre ça kéto, ça marche encore mieux.

Le café noir et le thé vert sont tes amis. C'est bon de matché ça avec de la nage et du yoga, dans les deux cas c'est de l'exercice à bas impact qui t'aide à faire de la définition. L'escalade est super aussi. Moi j'ai une pince pour chèque que je scrap pas mes muscles en le faisant pis tu réajustes en rajoutant plus de protéines.

Pour tes protéines ya des choses comme ça qui aident beaucoup, très bas en calories, haut en protéines, pas de carbohydrates.
