I'm also recommending Blind Guardian's Nightfall in Middle-Earth, for obvious reasons...

Unfortunately, there was a post a few months ago about NiME not being available on Amazon and it still appears to be that way...

OP, if your gift card covers other sellers then you're in luck - you can get the imported version from other sellers, but it probably won't be able to be shipped for free.

That said, figure out some other things to get with the card, but DEFINITELY try to get a copy of NiME - it's an incredible album.

Other choices:

Symphony X - Either "V: The New Mythology Suite" or "The Divine Wings of Tragedy". Honorable mention to "The Odyssey", but V and Divine Wings are my two favorites. Symphony X is a bit of a Power/Progressive blend, but they're AMAZING, and they have one of the best vocalists I've ever heard in my life.

Avantasia - I'd start with "The Metal Opera". I'm surprised to not see it mentioned already, but it's also incredible, and there is a sequel (aptly named "The Metal Opera Part 2"). Really anything by Avantasia is great, but I'd start with The Metal Opera and maybe check out The Wicked Symphony next.

Kamelot - I'd start with "Epica" and "The Black Halo" and then maybe look into "Karma" and "The Fourth Legacy" if you like them.
