I recently got a pair of Nippies based on advice here and they're fabulous. Admittedly, they are probably only good for everyday if you have perky and/or small boobs.
Have you considered nipple covers? Like Nippies, they stick to you so they can be a little rough to remove but I put a pice of tissue int he center. You would probably want the smallest size.
