Should I get one of the Corsair AIOs (e.g. this) or the new Noctua Tower Cooler (this)?

I'm tending towards the Noctua one because quietness is one priority and I'm a fan of Noctua fans (lol), also it's cheaper.

The AIOs on the other hand take less space and therefore are easier to build around and (imo) look nicer. Also, could the big tower cooler block airflow towards the GPU?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on that.
