My item is this kitchen knife holder. I don't need this, AT ALL, because, I find that the best practice is to have knives and other sharp things strewn willy-nilly about the kitchen and home. Being able to conveniently hang them up in a single location seems so limiting and, frankly, I'm a fancy-free person. If I had this, I'd be forced to use it and I don't want to be put in a box, damnit. I'll leave my knives everywhere. Reach into a drawer and, "OUCH" stabbed by a knife... that's how I roll at my house. When I'm feeling really frisky (or drunk), I can start dropping knives in other rooms. Guests lay down in a cozy bed and "Oopsy" - giant puncture wound. You're walking to the kitchen for a midnight snack and "BLAM" your toe is sliced open from kicking a knife left on the hallway floor. This is my ideal world. DO NOT get me this knife holder - it's TOO safe.
