I have found
threefour things that help me;One - I am sure some of your fellow Joes are calm, stonefaced killers. Mimic them, really its that simple.
Two - I find that excessive fear and anxiety is a sign that I am not taking care of my body correctly. Dehydration, bad food, low blood sugar, sleep deprivation etc. Find out what is wrong and correct it.
Three - Get a steady non slutty, non dependa, stable, reasonable mellow girlfriend.
Edit ; A fourth thing This stuff helps me a lot. recommended serving size is 4 I only take 1.
This is also very good to take, and it contains both L-Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanine, which are both dopamine replenishers.
