This is a great rice/pea/hemp blend https://truenutrition.com/p-1169-vegan-protein-optimizer-formula-1lb.aspx and you get a discount with the code "5PERCENTOFF"
The NOW plant protein complex is good and cheap, too https://www.amazon.com/Now-Foods-Plant-Protein-Complex/dp/B00NIJ01FO
At 235lbs, 16% bf, your lean mass is 197lbs. 197 * 0.68g = 134g protein. Or are you using a different calculation?
I just eat beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, and grains like oats/wheat/buckwheat throughout the day. Beans, nuts, seeds, and a lot of grains have a good amount of protein. I also add a scoop of protein powder a couple of times a day. I really like vegan protein optimizer. It's the cheapest I've found ($9/lb) and a good blend of just hemp, rice, and pea. You can save 5% with code "GOVEGAN" too. Orgain is pretty cheap and I hear it tastes good. NOW plant protein complex is fairly cheap, too.
Search Amazon for "plant protein", you will find a number of products that combine brown rice, pea, hemp, quinoa and sometimes chia seeds. In a quick search only this one seems to list the amino acid breakdown on the label.
