Haha, I'm glad you saw the edit! Now, you're more than fine taking k2 and d3 pills, and it's a lot less of an upfront cost. I just liked the idea of not carrying around pills, and taking a 1 a day multi in the morning with my breakfast shake, and getting all the nutrition I could possibly need for accelerated weight loss throughout the day in my shakes.
I only have a desk job, but this allows me to work through lunch and go home early :D And I can just keep the shaker bottle on my desk, unrefrigerated, until lunch time with no harm. Don't got too much longer than that though, trust me.

That is a very interesting idea. I will try this. Could she suggest brands or amounts, I'm a little lost. I imagine I would have to work up to any significant amount, but not sure what an 'amount' might be.
