These pills are 500mg each which are more reasonable(2-3 tablets) . 10-15 tablets is too much

Thiamin is water soluble and there does not seem to be a toxic level but I don't know how taking them over a lifetime would work.


I'm going to pick up some tomorrow and see if they have any effect on me the few days after then I'll talk to my neurologist at my appointment on Tuesday.
