Reddit mentions of Nyko Power Armor Case for Vita - PlayStation Vita

While this case isn't a hard pouch, it is one of the slimmest case you can buy and your vita won't move around in it.

For a while I kept my Vita in a soft, slim slip case, just as I had for my PSP. But while the PSP would fit in my pocket when necessary, the Vita was a bit too bulky, and I'd be afraid of ruining the screen or the analog sticks.

Sure enough, I eventually got a small scratch on the screen so I put on a screen protector finally. Then I got a hard-shelled slim case so I can pocket it once again.

Here's the case I got (thanks to another Redditor posting it). It's simple, slim and protects it well. As others have said, it probably won't help much against big drops, but why the hell are you dropping it to begin with?! :)

Also, it has no storage for games, but as someone who has an all-digital collection, that doesn't bother me one bit.

if you aren't looking to carry games around as well i'm interested in this case. seems like it would be really nice for pocket carrying. no worrying of the screen getting banged up + it's supposedly compact.

I've been using this case for the last two years and it has been extremely reliable. Fits snugly on the 2000 and adds very little bulk. It's a hard metal shell with a thin layer of soft foam lining the inside.

i can totally relate. i don't have the guts to simply shove it in my pocket like every other gadget because of the dual sticks. this one seems to be the slimmiest ever. i've been eyeballing it for some time now, but have no money to buy it yet.

I use this case as my daily case. It probably won't protect from a huge fall or anything, but its perfect for using in a bag or something like that. Also its not bulky, and it looks nice.

I use this Nyko case. It's probably not the strongest case out there, however it's the thinnest case I can find. It fits perfectly inside most of my pockets. Can easily put it inside my backpack without worrying about it scratching.
