Have you thought about something like this (you can put ice in with the water), in addition to a cooling towel (u/caffeine_iv_stat recommended that one and it really works!) , to help get you through while on the bus? It makes me sad that you're feeling like this due to the heat and I wish I could hop in my SUV and just come drive you to work with the A/C cranking. I hope the carnivore bliss kicks in soon and helps with all the things.

brought one two years ago on a hot day in the grandstands. felt amazing.
