I've personally never used Lid Care Solution, but I use these and they work pretty well for me. They're normally $20 on Amazon and in stores, but they're on sale now!

I get eczema in the corners of my eyes too, and this helps a little
I'm not prone to styes, but I did have an eyelid issue a couple years ago and discovered Ocusoft Lid Scrub Plus pads. You can often find them in the drugstore and they feel incredible!
