I have a Model 1 Sega Saturn hooked up using an SCART cable and an SCART to HDMI converter. Output is absolutely beautiful! You might want to start here: http://retrorgb.com/saturn.html The cable can be found on EBay, and I bought the converter off of Amazon (prob can find a cheaper one on Ebay).
