YES! Was having another breakout around my mouth last week and couldn't for the life of me figure out why... reading through old literature I realized it was good ol' SLS rearing its ugly head again. I had been using OraWellness HealThy Mouth Blend for months but ran out so I was using Pepsodent (contains SLS) last week and sure enough, breakout city. Also cut out the new lip balm I was trying as it was causing breakouts as well.
SLS AND numerous lip balm ingredients cause issues for me (I love having acne-prone skin...). Now I'm trying out Sensodyne Pronamel and the breakout is going away.
