the most important skill in care is watering and feeding... I can NOT tell if the pot has an inner clear plastic liner but the liner is important to be able to see the condition of the roots... these phals like to dry out after watering (Helps to prevent root rot) so if you see the roots in the pot turn Silver Gray you know that she is ready for water and food.
I use "FLUSH Watering" this is where you put the inner pot in an outer pot with no holes and fill them with your water and let sit for 15-20 mins ... this will soak the media and the roots... and flush away built up salts or minerals... works best with Bark Media.
