The Tai Hao ones are probably the cheapest option, but I'd advise getting the GeekKeys ones which I'm pretty sure are EnjoyPBT. Not only are they much thicker, but they're also PBT.

I have the same board. It's pretty decent! If you're itching to upgrade some things, I recommend these purchases:

• https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HPQQLXM (O-rings to dampen some of the sound and impact discomfort from bottoming out the keys)
  
• https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FPDAU6Q (Wrist pad. Doesn't seem like it should be that important, but it changes the angle of my hands and avoids a lot of wrist discomfort/damage. $15 is a lot cheaper than wrist surgery!)
  
  I also hacked in a USB port to make transporting the keyboard a bit easier (I travel quite a bit for work). It looks like these are out of stock, but I bought the ABS version of these keycaps. They're great, too.

Quite sure. They were listed as abs when I bought them, and the plastic feels like ABS.

I'm looking to get a custom caps lock keycap with an off center post. Does anyone know somewhere I could get what I'm looking for?

I have this keyboard with these keycaps. I'm thinking it might be a tall order for a single keycap with those colors.
