I got This backpack, and it does meet the standard carry on limit for Vueling. Amazon lists the Product Dimensions to be 23 x 13 x 7 inches. I don't think the extra 1 inch there would be a problem, since this is a soft bag, and you could just not fill it to he very limit. I'm sure you could fit it in on the measuring cages.
I've tested the capacity and it will hold all I need for my coming 12 day trip. 6 days should not be a problem.
I would recommend keeping the hair products to the minimum. You're only allowed to carry like 1 liter of liquids any way, so that doesn't really take that much space.
I'm toying with the idea of downsizing bags for underseat carryon. I didnt know they made a porter 30. Its 120.

If you can pack light maybe even consider the samsonite underseater large. I believe this model meets spirit and frontier personal item limits.
Not sure how much u plan to travel but Osprey bags will last and totally worth it. I think they even got lifetime warranty. I would recommend staying away from the cheap stuff because you're going to end up buying something else down the line and end up paying the same amount. Maybe try to score one on eBay or Craigslist.
