Google drawings can help make some basic thumbnails. I don’t know much about Madden, but with that you can easily take a screenshot, do some basic editing, and add text. Unless you want custom graphics, then a cheap drawing tablet could be something you might consider purchasing. Vector and pixel graphics can also be done rather easily. I don’t think anyone is going to make you thumbnails though.

It might also be a good idea to try and find a thumbnail kit online, they generally include various in game sprites. If you can, in game posing can also help create thumbnails, go to almost any gameplay channel and this can be seen in some thumbnails.

If somehow non of that works, try commissioning an artist for their rate as professional art takes a while to make, with or without a drawing.

If you can, get the CTL-480. But if you can't, get a Veikk S640. It's really good and it's only $23.
