I used this on an outdoor run. I ended up burying part of it under 4-6 inches of dirt/mulch and haven't had any issues. Keep in mind it isn't as flexible because it's thicker

CAT7 is a higher speed than you'll need but it'll future proof it and you'll avoid having to rerun it in like a decade or more. lol.
