I try to juice only for immediate consumption so am not refrigerating or freezing the juice. If I did, though, I'd use glass jars rather than plastic. I guess it depends on what you're optimizing for (storage space, carrying weight, cost for the containers, health concerns), etc.
I use glass mason jars a lot and but also have some 16oz slender French squared glass bottles that stack compactly in fridge or freezer--they look like these (though not exactly these):
