Get the ASUS X550LB. It has a Haswell i7, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, a 15.6" display and an Nvidia GT 740M. Then get a blu-ray drive and slap it in there.

You don't often see blu-ray drives stock, and when there is one, you pay a huge premium for it.

Alternatively, for cheaper even, you can just get an external Blu-Ray drive
