No experience on the procedure for me but aloe is an absolute lifesaver for me for skin maladies, for something a little stronger I’d say grab some topical analgesic or anti inflammatory hope you feel better!

It’s expensive but SO worth it. A little goes along way. My second favorite is biofreeze, which is less expensive.

My doctor also recently prescribed me with lidocaine patches. They’re huge, and you can cut them up and place them all over your body. You can wear up to 3 at a time, and the lidocaine seeps into your body continuously for up to six hours! They’re great.
