Tons of color options, but I have the silver barrel. EnerGel 0.5mm Needle tips in black are the only ink I use now in my Ti Arto.
I’d agree with this, but even the standard Pentel Energel Alloy RT would meet this standard as well! They’re generally inexpensive, with decent barrels that last for quite a while. The refills also fit in other bodies you may prefer, such as the Zebra Sarasa clip bodies! They’re quick drying, difficult to smear, and tend not to skip. Unless if your paper is extraordinarily thin, it shouldn’t bleed either!
One of my favorite refills! They fit in anything that an Energel, Uni Signo 207/307, or Zebra Sarasa will fit in to. I currently use one in a Zebra Sarasa Grand everyday and I’ve also used one in a Pentel Energel Alloy body.
With some minor trimming they’ll also fit in most metal bodies that fit a Pilot G2.

Pentel Energel Alloy. Comes with a 0.7mm refill, but I prefer the 0.5mm refills. Incredibly smooth and fast drying.

Not capped but the Pentel Energel RT Alloy would feel at home in big hands.
The Sheaffer 300 is my favorite "big" fountain pen. You may like the roller ball. If I am not mistaken you can use a G2 refill in them without modification. Unfortunately I only have the fountain pen, but it works in a sheaffer aggio rollerball I have and both take the sheaffer slim refill.
