I made a huge sign for a marathon that I traveled to....I needed it to fold up very small, but it was printed on cardboard like that.
I use a razor blade and cut the back of it, along the corrugation, but not deep enough to cut through the outside layer (with your graphic). I did it in enough places, that the whole thing folded up completely flat and fit in a small backpack.
When I got to the race, I unfolded it and used some tape to flatten it out again - then my pole kept it sturdy.
If I were you, I would do that....score the back side of it, fold it, and put it in a camelback.
