I just finished watching the Amazon Prime series Transparent, which was really great and I highly recommend it. One of the main characters is a guy in his late 30s/early 40s who was in a "sexual relationship" at age 15 with his then-25-year-old babysitter. He's even still entangled with her at his current age. A whole lot of the show deals with how skewed and messed-up his current sexuality is because of the abuse he suffered when he was a vulnerable teenager.

It's handled really deftly, mostly through allusions from his siblings and his own protests that it was "every teenage boy's dream, so shut the fuck up about it, there was nothing wrong!" There's nothing in the show that is overtly preachy or moralistic, you just see one person's long-term reaction to being taken sexual advantage of at a very immature age, and the way it has shaped and molded his adult sexual life. Really well-handled and well-done.
