It does look very similar! Looks a lot like a Pilot G2 refill to me... (you can always take that refill into an office supply shop and hold it up against the Pilot G2 and/or Pentel Energel refills to be sure.) Here are some pens that fit that refill and would probably fit this one too:

Most capped rollerball pens should fit this sort of refill -- but you always have to test just to be sure. If you let me know what sort of pen you're looking for (e.g. wood vs. stainless steel vs. vintage, etc.) I can probably help you find something...
I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Pilot Hi-Tec-C Cavalier, which takes a G2-sized refill. Until I broke mine by being dumb, that thing was my favorite pen body in the world. It's slim, elegant, sexy, has some weight to it, and posts with a nice click (but is also long enough to use without posting).
The clip can be a bit tough, so you might need to use a fingernail to get it to slide into your shirt or pants pocket.
Look around for various colors (they come and go on Amazon) and don't ever pay the full price (MSRP of ~40-60 on most pen sites), you'll be able to do much better on Amazon and some other marketplaces.
To address your last point of where I buy my pens, I love Jetpens. They're very fast, package fairly safely (important if you're ordering inks and such), have free shipping for over $25, and they're just generally a very consistent, reliable place to order from.
