I've had the S-Line bulky flexible case, the Poetic bumper, the official Google bumper, and the Rinke Fusion (which is currently on the phone). I too have been pining for a slimmer case so I just ordered this off Amazon. Looked to be the thinnest case outside of a .3mm case on Ebay. I really wish someone would produce sticky corner protectors for the phone. Just enough to elevate the glass off of surfaces and provide minimal cushion when the phone is dropped.
I have the Poetic Slim Hard Case and I would describe it as quite minimal.
I have the Poetic Slim Case. The black one is only $4.50 right now on Amazon. Never used the Ringke but they look pretty similar to me.
