Benefits? I went from almost falling asleep during the day to bursting out of bed in the morning to still having energy into the evening. Although ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, B6) has improved my sleep quality 1000% which helps a lot, but I just started taking it regularly recently.

My current daily stack is:

I think most of them contain magnesium aspartate. I use primaforce who generally have good supplements and it's the cheapest one I found on amazon at the time.

This is the one I go with. It's worked well in the past. Big bottle, lasts a while!

I hate to push supplements, but I currently use https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Nighttime-Recovery-supplement/dp/B000GIQS02

Generally, if you find something that works you stick to it. I am about to give https://www.amazon.com/PrimaForce-ZMA-Supplement-180-Capsules/dp/B00MKSLYW8/ref=zg_bs_6939283011_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PV3CJNYASM177MJ4JWCB a try, it's about 5 dollars a bottle cheaper.

I am also looking at https://www.amazon.com/Evlution-Nutrition-Nighttime-Recovery-Support/dp/B014QC0BT2/ref=zg_bs_6939283011_8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PV3CJNYASM177MJ4JWCB. While it is more expensive for less per bottle, I am curious at the benefits of piperine. I might get a piperine/turmeric supplement and at it to my current ZMA regiment before bed.

You can also get bulk Zinc and magnesium. The most important thing is to find the "good"/most bioavailable form of supplements. Most cheapo supplements you get from your family dollar or Wal-mart are crap as far as bioavailability goes. Do your research. Spend more money to get supplements that actually work and not inert crap that you pee and crap out. Do your research, experiment, if you find something that works, keep using it.
