The Imperial War Museum republished it recently. Bought a copy in Manchester on my last trip up there. The DVD has been out for a while now, I bought that about 10 years ago. Two of the films were on the first 'Charley Says' collection, I was not prepared for how creepy the 'jingle' at the end was the first time I watched it.
The QED and Paxman docs you mentioned featured on /r/oldbritishtelly recently. I need to go back and watch them in full. The War Game is on DVD as a 2-film pack with Culloden, it's on my buying list.
CND pamphlet is worth a read, yeah. I have also seen the poster of the skeleton reading his copy of Protect and Survive, and thought it rather summed it all up quite grimly.
