I don't know if they are actually Keto or just low carb (I don't follow keto diet, but like low sugar options), but the Purely Inspired protein shakes are vegan, 120 Cal, 20 prot, 1 net carb.

Edit: some of the reviews say they aren't vegan but I have them in hand and don't see any animal ingredients in the ingredient list.
Edit 2: some of the reviews mentioning dairy might be based on some of their powders or older formula. The RTD says dairy free and I read every ingredient to make sure I wasn't giving bad suggestions.
Try adding some extra protein and a healthy fat like avocado or walnuts
