Amazon has pwrusb if you'd prefer wired though it's pricey and I've never used it, so I don't know how hard it is to interface it with a Pi. For that price though, you could get a new wireless AP who's wireless doesn't die and build your own power strip for the modem.

Either way, it's a very small program to write once you have the hardware.
