This is the only one I've tried so I have nothing to compare it to but it's super comfortable. I just got it the other day. I'm 30 weeks and had the first good night's sleep in a month when I tried it out.

And I loooooove it! It’s soft and supportive but not too soft that it goes limp or anything. It’s basically having two body pillows connected by a head pillow so nothing moves when you switch positions. I usually sleep with my own pillow on top of the connecting part because I like to be elevated. Occasionally I turn it upside down so the connecting part is at my feet and it’s just as good that way too. I like the consistency of having it be the same on both sides, no matter which way I roll it’s there to support me. I didn’t like the idea of a C pillow which would only work facing one direction. It everyone is different so I hope you find something that works for you!
I got a pillow last week and OMG, it was the best investment ever. This is the one I got (it's a bit cheaper than the snoogle, and I personally really like it).
