I just use a king sized pillow, but I’m a side sleeper, so if she needs support on her back, something like this may be better. Looks like it would take up a lot of the bed though!

I'm in a queen with a U shaped pillow for back and belly support and my hubby survives just fine. It truthfully takes up maybe an extra 5 or 6 inches behind me as I lay on it partially, and in front of me is no different as I've slept with a regular body pillow since I was pregnant with my first. The only thing I miss is him being able to spoon me. If you need both back and belly support, get the U shaped pillow. I got this one off of Amazon that is still the perfect firmness for my needs. I hear a lot of ppl have issues with pillows deflating after just a short time so that was a concern of mine.
